Can confirm. Have you tried clearing the TPM from within Windows after enabling it in the BIOS? Let me know if that works.

This. You could also try updating your BIOS to the latest version from your motherboard manufacturer's website, as that often resolves TPM recognition issues.

+1 After you update the BIOS, you might need to go back in and clear the TPM from its security settings menu.

+1 You could also try manually installing the latest TPM firmware update from your motherboard manufacturer's website. Another option is to temporarily disable BitLocker in Windows before clearing the TPM.

Agreed. I had the same problem. For me, clearing the TPM from the security settings in Windows after enabling it in the BIOS finally got me past that error.
