Agreed. And just to be sure, have you checked Task Manager to see if a specific app or process is using high CPU or memory when the slowdowns happen?

I had the same problem. For me, a clean install of Windows 11, instead of the upgrade, made a huge difference.

Yeah, a clean install is definitely the way to go. A quick tip: after the install, check your manufacturer's website for updated chipset drivers, as the generic Windows ones can sometimes cause those power errors.

Agreed. Also, make sure to pause Windows Updates for a week or so after to let your system settle before it downloads any potentially buggy new drivers. Let me know if that works.
