Agreed. Before that, have you checked if any third-party antivirus or VPN software is interfering with the install?

Agreed. I had the same problem. For me, it was a peripheral driver causing the rollback, so I unplugged everything except the mouse and keyboard.

Same here. Yeah, that's a good call—I'd also check if there's a BIOS update available for your motherboard, as that's fixed it for a lot of folks.

You could also try temporarily disconnecting any non-essential peripherals, like extra monitors or USB devices, during the install.
