I had the same problem. For me, the PC Health Check tool was useless until I went into the BIOS and manually enabled both Secure Boot and the TPM.

This happened to me too. I had to update my BIOS to the latest version from Lenovo's website before the TPM 2.0 would even show as available to enable.
