This. Have you checked if your drivers, especially for your graphics and chipset, are updated for Windows 11?

Also, have you checked Task Manager to see if a specific app is using high CPU or memory when it freezes?

Yeah, and while you're in there, is your disk usage spiking to 100% during those freezes?

This. Yeah, that's a common culprit. Also try turning off transparency effects in Personalization > Colors—it can free up a surprising bit of GPU overhead.

Yeah, You could also check your power plan settings, since Windows 11 sometimes switches to a balanced mode that slows things down.
