Can confirm. Yeah, and sometimes it's listed as "AMD Platform Security Processor" or PSP—have you looked for that?

I had the same problem with an older AMD chip. That processor just doesn't have the built-in hardware TPM Microsoft requires. Hope that helps.

Agreed, that chip is from before the TPM requirement. A small tip: you could try a clean install from a USB if you really want to force it, but it's not officially supported. Good luck!
