Yeah, that TPM update was the key for me too. Also, double-check that Secure Boot is actually enabled in your BIOS, not just showing as supported.

And did you make sure to disable any overclocks before running the installer? Let me know if that works.

Agreed. You could also try creating a fresh Windows 11 installation USB using the Media Creation Tool, as that sometimes bypasses upgrade errors.
