Same here. I had the same problem on my ASUS board. I had to go into the BIOS and switch from "Other OS" to "Windows UEFI Mode" for Secure Boot to actually initialize properly. Hope that helps.
Can confirm. This happened to me on my ASUS board too. I had to go into the BIOS and actually disable Secure Boot, save and exit, then go back in and re-enable it for it to be recognized.
Can confirm. Yeah, clearing the TPM is a good call. Also, double-check that your BIOS is fully updated, as an older version can sometimes cause that mismatch.
+1 You could also try disabling Secure Boot, saving and exiting the BIOS, then going right back in to re-enable it. Another option is to check if your disk partition style is GPT and not MBR. Hope that helps.
