Also, double-check that Secure Boot is enabled in your BIOS, as that's another common requirement it might be missing.

Yeah, and sometimes you have to enable the TPM setting itself, not just find it. It can be buried under a security or advanced tab.

Agreed. You could also try updating your BIOS, since older versions sometimes don't properly expose the TPM to Windows.

Yeah, and after you update the BIOS, double-check that the TPM setting actually saved and is enabled.

I had the same problem. Even after enabling it in BIOS, I had to clear my TPM from within Windows security for the checker to finally see it.

Agreed. You could also try updating your motherboard BIOS to the latest version, as that sometimes resolves TPM detection issues.

Yeah, Also, after you enable it, did you save and exit the BIOS properly? Sometimes it's an easy step to miss. Good luck!

Same here. And just to double-check, is Secure Boot also enabled in the BIOS, as that's another common requirement? Hope that helps.

+1 Yeah, and after you enable both, did you also try clearing the TPM from within Windows?

Clearing it is a good idea, but before you do, did you save a backup of your BitLocker recovery key just in case? Let me know if that works.
