Same here. This happened to me. The PC Health Check app actually told me my motherboard's TPM was disabled in the BIOS, which was the real culprit.

Yeah, and if the manufacturer's site doesn't have Windows 11 drivers, try installing the Windows 10 version in compatibility mode—that often does the trick.

Agreed. This happened to me too. I had to manually enable fTPM in my AMD BIOS, it was hidden under a weird security menu.
