Yeah, and when you're in the BIOS, can you confirm the TPM is set to "TPM 2.0" and not "TPM 1.2"?

+1 This happened to me too. I had to go into my BIOS and make sure my drive was set to boot as UEFI, not legacy, before it would work. Let me know if that works.

You could also try using the official Microsoft Media Creation Tool to do a clean install, as it sometimes bypasses the checker's hiccups. Hope that helps.
