Yeah, that did the trick for me too. Also, make sure you save and exit the BIOS after enabling it, not just toggle and restart.

Yeah, that's a good point. Also, sometimes just leaving it connected to the internet for a day lets it sort itself out automatically.

Can confirm. Have you tried clearing the TPM from within Windows after enabling it in the BIOS? Let me know if that works.

You could also check your BIOS settings to see if TPM 2.0 is disabled and needs to be turned on.
