Can confirm. Before you do a clean install, have you checked if all your drivers, especially for your graphics and chipset, are updated for Windows 11?

Same here. Yeah, that's a good call—I'd also check if there's a BIOS update available for your motherboard, as that's fixed it for a lot of folks.

Agreed. You could also try booting into safe mode and rolling back the driver for your storage controller. Another option is checking if your drive is set to RAID in BIOS and switching it to AHCI. Hope that helps.
