Yeah, Did you check if your RAM is actually running in dual-channel mode, as that can sometimes trip up the requirements?

I’m trying to upgrade my Windows 10 PC to Windows 11, but the setup keeps failing. The PC Health Check app says my RAM is the issue, even though I have 6GB installed. The error code I get is 0xC1900101. I’m confused because I thought 4GB was the minimum. Is there a specific speed or configuration my RAM needs to meet for Windows 11? Any help would be appreciated.

Yeah, that error can be a pain. Try disconnecting any non-essential USB devices before running the upgrade again, that sometimes clears it up.

This. Yeah, that error can be a pain. Try temporarily disconnecting any non-essential USB devices before running the upgrade again.

I had the same problem. For me, it was an old external drive causing a conflict, even though it seemed unrelated.

This. Yeah, that's a good point. Also, double-check your RAM is actually running in dual-channel mode, as that can sometimes trip up the check. Good luck!

+1 I had the same problem. For me, it was a specific driver causing the 0xC1900101 error; I had to uninstall my old graphics driver completely before the upgrade would go through.
