+1 I had the same problem. Clearing the TPM in BIOS worked, but I also had to disable then re-enable Secure Boot to get it to finally stick.

This happened to me. I had to update the BIOS on my Optiplex to the very latest version before the installer would stop complaining.

Can confirm. I had the same problem. Even after a BIOS update, I had to go into the TPM settings and clear the TPM in the security menu to finally get past it.
