Yeah, that's exactly how it went for me too. A quick tip: after you enable TPM, sometimes you also need to clear your TPM in Windows Security for the check to pass cleanly.

Agreed, and also double-check that Secure Boot is enabled in your BIOS. That one got me after the TPM. Let me know if that works.

I had the same problem. Even after TPM and Secure Boot, my upgrade failed until I switched my drive from MBR to GPT. Good luck!
