I had the same problem. My older motherboard had the TPM setting buried under a totally different name, like "AMD fTPM," which took forever to find. Let me know if that works.

Same here. Yeah, and if that's not it, did you check if your BIOS is even up to date?

Also, is Secure Boot enabled in your BIOS? That’s another common requirement. Let me know if that works.

You could also try the official bypass using registry edits to skip the TPM check, but that's not really supported. Another option is just sticking with Windows 10 since it's still getting security updates for a while.
