Same here. I had the same problem. It's a hard block for first-gen Ryzen, so I just kept using Windows 10.

This. Yeah, the 1600 is definitely on the blocked list, but did you check if TPM 2.0 is enabled in your BIOS?

Agreed, and also double-check that Secure Boot is turned on in the BIOS—the installer can be picky about that too.
