+1 You could also try clearing the TPM from your BIOS settings. Another option is to temporarily disable Secure Boot, save and exit, then go back in and re-enable it.

Yeah, This happened to me. I had to go a step further and reset my BIOS to factory defaults, then re-enable Secure Boot, and that finally got the checker to see it. Let me know if that works.
