You could also try the slmgr /rearm command in an admin Command Prompt as a last resort. Another option is to double-check your Microsoft account is linked to your digital license in Settings.

Agreed. I had the same problem after the upgrade. For me, leaving the computer connected to the internet overnight let it finally activate on its own.

Yeah, sometimes it just needs time to sync with the servers, but have you tried checking if your Microsoft account is properly linked to your digital license?

You could also run the Activation troubleshooter again, but choose the "I changed hardware on this device" option—it sometimes kicks things loose.
