+1 You could also try temporarily disabling any third-party antivirus software, as that sometimes interferes with the upgrade process.

Yeah, Have you checked if your PC actually meets all the Windows 11 system requirements, like TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot?

I had the same problem, and for me it was a conflict with my VPN software that kept causing the install to roll back.
