Agreed, those can definitely interfere. One quick tip: try booting into safe mode and running the startup repair tool from there.

Yeah, that startup repair is a good first step. Also, if you have any external drives or USB sticks plugged in, unplug them before trying to boot—sometimes the PC gets confused trying to boot from the wrong device.

This. Agreed, that can definitely cause it. One more thing to check is if your BIOS is set to UEFI mode and not Legacy/CSM, as Windows 11 requires it.
