I had the same problem. I also had to go find the "Clear All Secure Boot Keys" option in the BIOS and reset them before the setting would actually enable. Good luck!

+1 Did you also check if your BIOS is in UEFI mode and not Legacy?

You could also check if there's a newer BIOS version available from Dell's support site, as that sometimes enables the feature. Let me know if that works.

Agreed. I had the same problem. On my Optiplex, I had to switch from RAID to AHCI for SATA operation before the Secure Boot option even appeared.

You could also check if there's a BIOS update available for your specific model, as that sometimes enables the missing Secure Boot option.

Yeah, and after you update the BIOS, you might need to switch the boot mode from Legacy to UEFI first before the Secure Boot option will even appear.

You could also check if there's a specific "Secure Boot Mode" or "OS Type" setting that needs to be changed to "Windows UEFI Mode."

Same here. Yeah, agreed. Sometimes you also need to enable CSM or Legacy ROM first, save and reboot, before the Secure Boot option even appears.

This happened to me with an Optiplex 7050. I had to update the BIOS to the latest version before the Secure Boot option showed up.
