Yeah, You could also try using the official Media Creation Tool to bypass some of the installer checks. Another option is checking if your motherboard has a TPM setting you need to enable in the BIOS.

This. You could also look into using a registry edit to bypass the CPU and TPM checks, but that's not officially supported. Hope that helps.

You could also try using the official Media Creation Tool to do a clean install instead of the upgrade path.

This. Agreed, backing up is key. Also, double-check your BIOS settings for TPM and Secure Boot before you try again.
