Yeah, and once you're in the BIOS, you'll usually find the Secure Boot option under the Security or Boot tab.

Yeah, You could also check if there's a separate "CSM" or "Legacy Support" setting that needs to be disabled first, as that often locks the Secure Boot option.

Yeah, Agreed, and once you switch it on, you might need to go back into the BIOS and change the boot mode from Legacy/CSM to UEFI for it to stick.

Right, and after that change, you'll probably need to reinstall Windows fresh to get it working. Good luck!

Yeah, and just a heads up—make sure to back up anything important before that fresh install.

You could also check your BIOS settings to see if Secure Boot is enabled but maybe set to the wrong mode, like "Other OS" instead of "Windows UEFI."

This. I had the same problem. On my own ThinkCentre, Secure Boot was actually enabled in the BIOS, but it was set to "Other OS" and switching it to "Windows UEFI" was the fix.

+1 Yeah, that "Other OS" setting is a common gotcha—did switching it to "Windows UEFI" in the BIOS finally get you past the check?
