Can confirm. Agreed, and if your CPU is supported, you might just need to enable TPM in your BIOS—it's often turned off by default.

+1 You could also check if there's a firmware TPM setting in your BIOS that needs switching from discrete to firmware. Another option is to just pause the upgrade notifications for a few weeks if you want to buy some time.

Agreed. You could also try using the Microsoft Media Creation Tool to do the upgrade, as it sometimes bypasses stricter checks. Another option is to look up your exact laptop model online to see if there's a known BIOS update that enables TPM. Hope that helps.

You could also check if TPM is just disabled in your BIOS and needs to be turned on. Another option is to search for your specific laptop model plus "Windows 11 TPM" to find a guide.

Same here. I had the same problem. I found the TPM setting buried in my BIOS security menu and just had to switch it from "disabled" to "enabled."

You could also check if your specific CPU supports TPM 2.0, as some older i5 models might need a firmware update first. Another option is to use the Microsoft Media Creation Tool, which sometimes bypasses the stricter PC Health Check.

This happened to me too. I had to enable both TPM and Secure Boot in the BIOS before the check would pass.

I had the same problem. I ended up finding the TPM setting buried in my BIOS and just had to turn it on. Good luck!

Yeah, that's exactly what worked for me too. Just a heads up, on some laptops it might be listed as "Intel Platform Trust Technology" or PTT in the BIOS instead of TPM.

I had the same problem. I had to dig into my BIOS and enable the fTPM setting, which was just sitting there turned off.
