Same here. I had the same problem after my upgrade. For me, a clean reinstall of Windows 11, instead of the upgrade, finally fixed the sluggishness and the fan noise.

Yeah, Before you try a reinstall, have you checked if your laptop meets the minimum system requirements for Windows 11, especially TPM 2.0? Hope that helps.

Yeah, that's a good first step. Also, try checking for any pending driver updates in Device Manager, especially for your graphics and chipset.

Can confirm. This happened to me. A clean install of Windows 11 fixed it for me, but backing everything up first is a must.

Can confirm. Before you do a clean install, have you checked if all your drivers, especially for your graphics and chipset, are updated for Windows 11?
