Can confirm. I had the same problem. For me, the error code cleared up after I disconnected all my non-essential USB devices before starting the upgrade again. Hope that helps.

Yeah, Oh, that's a good point—have you also tried running the installer from a clean boot to rule out software conflicts?

This. You could also try creating a fresh Windows 11 installation USB and doing a clean install instead of an upgrade.

You could also check if there's a BIOS update for your motherboard, as that sometimes resolves compatibility issues. Good luck!

Another option is to try a clean install using the Media Creation Tool, which can sometimes bypass upgrade blockers.
