+1 You could also try booting from a Windows 11 USB and using the repair options. Another option is to check if a BIOS update is available for your motherboard.

Yeah, that's solid advice. One extra thing—if you're comfortable, try temporarily disconnecting any non-essential USB devices before the repair, as they can sometimes interfere.

You could also try booting from a Windows 11 USB and using the startup repair tool from there.

This. Another option is to temporarily disable Secure Boot in your BIOS, as that can sometimes interfere with the upgrade process. Hope that helps.

I had the same problem. For me, booting from a USB installer and using the repair startup option finally got things moving again.
