Yeah, Before you do a clean install, have you tried running "sfc /scannow" from an admin command prompt to check for corrupted files?

Can confirm. I had the same problem. For me, it was a driver conflict with my older antivirus software that didn't play nice with Windows 11.

You could also try running the System File Checker tool from an admin command prompt to fix any corrupted system files.

Yeah, I had the same problem. For me, it turned out to be a driver from my old graphics card that wasn’t fully compatible.
