Yeah, Did you run the troubleshooter as admin? That sometimes fixes the permission error.

I had the same problem after the update. My location settings and app permissions all got wiped and reset to defaults.

Yeah, that's a common glitch. A quick tip: run the Windows Privacy Troubleshooter from Settings to automatically fix a lot of those permission resets. Good luck!

If that troubleshooter doesn't clear the error code, try running it as an administrator.

This. Agreed, and one more thing—running the built-in privacy troubleshooter from Settings > System > Troubleshoot can sometimes fix those permission errors automatically.
