I had the same problem with my 7700K. It's a bummer, but that generation just missed the official support list.

You could also try using the official Media Creation Tool to force the upgrade, as it sometimes bypasses the stricter app check.

+1 Just to be sure, have you double-checked that TPM 2.0 is enabled in your BIOS?

Same here. I had the same problem with my 7700K. It meets the raw power specs, but Microsoft excluded that generation from the official support list.

Agreed. Yeah, that tool can be a good workaround—did you give it a shot, or are you still getting blocked by the CPU check?

I'm guessing you were about to say it's from 2017, right? That's exactly why it's blocked, as it's just outside the supported generation cutoff.

Same here. Yeah, that cutoff is really strict. You could try the official registry workaround, but it's not recommended for daily use.
