You could also try using the Activation Troubleshooter again, but this time choose the "I changed hardware on this device recently" option. Another option is to contact Microsoft support directly—they can often push a reactivation through on their end.

+1 You could also try manually entering your Windows 10 product key again in the activation settings. Another option is to run the Windows Activation troubleshooter from the command prompt as an administrator.

Can confirm. If that doesn't work, have you checked if your Microsoft account is linked to your digital license? Hope that helps.

This. Also, try running the Activation troubleshooter again after a reboot, sometimes it just needs a fresh start.

I had the same problem. For me, signing out of my Microsoft account in Settings and then signing back in finally cleared the error.

Agreed. Yeah, that worked for me too. A quick restart after signing back in can also help it fully sync.

This. Yeah, and if that doesn't stick, sometimes just letting it sit connected to the internet for a bit lets it sort itself out. Hope that helps.

Same here. Also, have you checked if your Microsoft account is properly linked to your digital license?

+1 I had the same problem. What finally worked for me was using the Activation troubleshooter and selecting the "I changed hardware on this device" option, even though I hadn't.

This happened to me too. I had to call support and they pushed a reactivation from their end after verifying my digital license.
