Yeah, This happened to me on a similar board. I had to go into the BIOS and also enable TPM 2.0, not just Secure Boot.

Also, make sure your BIOS is fully updated, as that fixed it for me.

You could also try clearing your TPM from within Windows security settings, as that can sometimes resolve the mismatch.

This. I had the same problem on my ASUS board. For me, I had to disable CSM in the BIOS completely, save and reboot, and then the PC Health Check finally recognized Secure Boot. Hope that helps.

Agreed. Yeah, and after you disable CSM, you might also need to go back into the Secure Boot settings and set it to "Windows UEFI mode" if that's an option.

This happened to me on a similar board. I had to go into the key management settings and clear the old keys to get it to register properly.

+1 You could also try disabling Secure Boot, saving and exiting the BIOS, then going back in to re-enable it. Good luck!

Another option is to check if your TPM 2.0 is enabled and properly detected, as that can sometimes be the real culprit.

This happened to me on a different ASUS board. I had to go into the BIOS and actually set the OS type to "Windows UEFI mode" for it to be fully recognized. Good luck!

Agreed. You could also try clearing your TPM from within the BIOS, as that sometimes resolves the Secure Boot detection issue.
