Yeah, If that doesn't work, you might check if your PC's TPM and Secure Boot are still enabled in the BIOS after the upgrade.

Can confirm. I had the same problem. For me, just leaving the PC connected to the internet for a while after the upgrade let it sort itself out and activate.
