You could also try clearing the TPM from within the BIOS, as that sometimes resolves the mismatch. Good luck!

Yeah, agreed. Also, double-check that your BIOS is set to UEFI mode, not Legacy/CSM, as that can cause Secure Boot to not register properly.

This happened to me on my Gigabyte board. I had to clear the Secure Boot keys and reset to "Setup Mode" before re-enabling it.

+1 Yeah, that key reset was the fix for me too—after you do that, make sure you select "Load Default Secure Boot keys" in your ASUS BIOS.

+1 Agreed, and just to add—after loading the default keys, remember to save and exit the BIOS for the change to actually apply.

+1 Yeah, sometimes you also need to set the OS type to "Windows UEFI mode" instead of "Other OS" for it to fully register.

I had the same problem. For me, clearing the TPM in the UEFI finally got the health check to see it.

Yeah, This happened to me too. I had to change the Secure Boot mode from "Standard" to "Custom" and then back to "Standard" to force it to re-initialize.
