+1 And after clearing those, did you try removing and re-pairing the device in your Bluetooth settings?

Also, have you checked if your Bluetooth drivers are up to date in Device Manager?

Can confirm. I had the same problem. For me, it was a Windows update that messed with the Bluetooth drivers, and I had to completely remove and re-pair the device.

Yeah, that fixed it for me too. One extra thing—after you re-pair it, try turning off Bluetooth on your phone or tablet if it's nearby, as sometimes that can interfere.

You could also try running the Windows Bluetooth troubleshooter, since Windows 11 updates sometimes mess with those drivers.

Can confirm. Yeah, that's a good call. Also, try removing all those old COM port entries in Device Manager before you reconnect—it can clear up the clutter causing the drops.

You could also try removing all those old COM port entries from Device Manager, then re-pairing the Cricut fresh. Another option is to temporarily disable Bluetooth on any other nearby devices that might be interfering. Good luck!

Same here. Yeah, and sometimes a recent Windows update can mess with Bluetooth drivers, so checking for updates or rolling back the driver might help too.

Agreed. I had the same problem. It turned out my laptop's Bluetooth adapter was just getting old and flaky, and replacing it fixed everything for me.
