Agreed. Another quick tip: you can also just click a blank spot in the address bar itself to highlight the full path for copying. Good luck!

This. You could also press Alt+D to quickly highlight the full path in the address bar for copying.

Yeah, that Alt+D shortcut is a lifesaver, but if you want it always visible, you can enable "Show the full path in the title bar" in Folder Options.

Yeah, Agreed, that title bar trick is handy. You can also just click the empty space next to the breadcrumbs to switch to the classic path view instantly.

I had the same problem. Clicking that empty space was a lifesaver once I found it.

Same here. I had the same problem. I found you can also just click directly on the folder path text to switch it to the full, selectable path.

Oh, that click trick is great, but if you want it to always show the full path by default, there's a setting for that in Folder Options. Hope that helps.

Yeah, just open Folder Options and check the box for "Display the full path in the title bar."

+1 I had the same problem. That title bar trick works, but I also found you can just click a blank spot in the address bar itself and it will switch to the full path for copying.

Oh, and if you want that classic bar to be the permanent default, there's a quick Registry tweak for that.
