Yeah, that assistant is the way to go. One extra tip: make sure you temporarily disable any third-party antivirus before you run it, that sometimes blocks the upgrade.

+1 You could also try creating a Windows 11 installation USB directly from Microsoft's site and doing a clean install that way.

This. You could also bypass the checks entirely by using the registry edit method to enable the upgrade, though that's a bit more technical.
