Has anyone else had issues with the Windows 11 upgrade wiping out custom shortcu?

Same here. Also, have you tried creating a fresh user profile to see if the shortcuts reappear there? Hope that helps.

Same here. Yeah, that's a solid suggestion. Also, try running the installer from a clean boot to rule out software conflicts causing that error.
