Yeah, that did the trick for me too. Also, make sure you save and exit the BIOS after enabling it, not just toggle and restart.

Yeah, You could also check if there's a BIOS update for your motherboard, as that sometimes adds proper TPM support.

Can confirm. After you update the BIOS, you might need to go back in and re-enable the fTPM setting again.
