Also, is your storage drive using an MBR partition style instead of GPT? That's a common blocker.

Can confirm. You could also try enabling TPM 2.0 in your BIOS, as that's another common requirement people miss. Another option is to use the official Media Creation Tool to do a clean install instead of the upgrade.

Same here. You could also double-check that Secure Boot is enabled in your BIOS, as that's required too. Another option is to run the PC Health Check again after a BIOS update.

Yeah, and if Secure Boot is already on, sometimes toggling it off and back on can help the installer recognize it properly. Let me know if that works.
