Same here. Yeah, that clean install trick usually helps. Also, try checking for any pending Dell driver updates in their support app.

You could also try adjusting your power plan settings to favor performance over battery life. Another option is disabling some of the new visual effects in Windows 11 to free up resources. Let me know if that works.

+1 You could also check for any pending driver updates through Dell's support website. Another option is running a clean boot to see if background apps are causing the slowdown.

Agreed. This happened to me after my upgrade. A clean boot helped a bit, but what really fixed it was going into Dell's support app and letting it update all the drivers automatically.

Yeah, And just to rule out the basics, have you checked your startup programs in Task Manager since the upgrade? Let me know if that works.
