Agreed, and one more thing: after you enable TPM, you might need to clear the TPM in the BIOS security menu to get Windows Setup to recognize it properly.

Yeah, that's a solid point. Also, double-check that Secure Boot is enabled in the BIOS too, as Windows 11 requires both.
