Did you happen to switch your motherboard or any major hardware around the same time as the upgrade?

This. You could also try manually reactivating by entering your Windows 10 product key again in the activation settings.

+1 Yeah, that usually works. Also, make sure you're signed into the Microsoft account that has your digital license linked to it.

Same here. I had the same problem after upgrading. I had to use the Activation Troubleshooter and select the "I changed hardware on this device recently" option to get it to recognize my license again.
