I had the same problem with my Ryzen system. I ended up having to enable both fTPM in the BIOS and Secure Boot to finally get past that screen.

Yeah, that's the key—did you find the fTPM setting in your BIOS under something like "AMD CPU fTPM"?

+1 Yeah, and once you enable it you'll probably need to go back into Windows Update and run the setup assistant again.
