Yeah, I had the same problem after the last update. It reset my location permissions and the error code popped up when I tried to fix it.

I had the same problem. On my ASUS board, I also had to switch the "OS Type" setting from "Other OS" to "Windows UEFI mode" before Secure Boot would actually work right.
