Agreed, that fix is a lifesaver. Just a heads up, you might also need to clear your TPM in the BIOS after enabling Secure Boot for it to fully take.

I had the same problem. For me, it was a driver conflict with an old SSD, and I had to roll back the update from the recovery menu. Hope that helps.
