Can confirm. I had the same problem. That error popped up for me until I ran the Windows Update troubleshooter and made sure my drivers were updated.

Yeah, Exactly, and "Modified" is memory that's been changed and needs to be written to disk before it can be reused.

+1 You could also check the "CPU" section in HWiNFO, it lists P-cores and E-cores directly. Another option is using PowerShell with the command `Get-WmiObject Win32_Processor` to get core count details. Hope that helps.
