Just to confirm, did you also check if Secure Boot and TPM 2.0 are enabled in your BIOS? Let me know if that works.

Yeah, You could also try using the Windows 11 Installation Assistant tool, as it sometimes bypasses checks the standard installer gets stuck on.

If you're comfortable with it, you could also try a clean install of Windows 11 instead of the upgrade, as that sometimes bypasses the checker.

Can confirm. Another option is to try disabling Secure Boot in your BIOS, saving and exiting, then re-enabling it to force a fresh handshake with the system. Let me know if that works.

Yeah, same here. Double-check that your BIOS is actually on the latest version from HP's site too, that cleared it up for me.

+1 This happened to me too. After fixing GRUB from a live USB, I also had to run the Windows Startup Repair from an install drive to clear that 0xc000000f error.
