Yeah, You could also try using the Windows 11 Installation Assistant tool, as it sometimes bypasses checks the standard installer gets stuck on.

If you're comfortable with it, you could also try a clean install of Windows 11 instead of the upgrade, as that sometimes bypasses the checker.

+1 This happened to me too. After fixing GRUB from a live USB, I also had to run the Windows Startup Repair from an install drive to clear that 0xc000000f error.
